Hand Forged Heroes (HFH) is a collector-driven brand currently in development, built to expand the possibilities of 1/12 scale figure collecting and customization. It’s designed for collectors who want more than what’s available on the retail shelf. HFH is about creating a complete and versatile ecosystem where your figures can coexist across genres, brands, and worlds.

Future releases will include civilian figures such as police officers, firefighters, doctors, teachers, construction workers, and even everyday citizens to create lively displays. All of our figures have detailed sculpts, functional accessories, and articulation consistent with premium action figures, allowing for dynamic and grounded scenes.

We want to give collectors the freedom to expand and enhance their collections with high-quality, interchangeable parts and accessories. Our mission is to make figure collecting more creative, customizable, and inclusive.
